ARCHITECTURE OF DETROIT

Robert Pauli Scherer's house in Detroit

   by Plain Jane  2017

Once upon a time, Detroit was the richest city in America, home to many inventors and industrialists. This is a home of one of many Detroit’s inventors who changed the way we live for better. Robert Pauli Scherer transformed the soft-gelatin encapsulation field when he was only 24. Today, people his age can barely read comics. The house is now a museum of Hellenic culture of Michigan.
Address: 67 Kirby Street.
